Permission is hereby granted for users ("You") of this Online Bible App ("OBA") to make use of the facilities provided here by the Trinitarian Bible Society ("TBS"), for personal reading and study of God's Holy Word in the various translations from time to time made available here ("Bible(s)"), subject to the following terms:

1. You may use the facilities provided in the OBA to copy and reproduce no more than ten verses of the text of the Bible(s) at any time, providing that it is solely for Your own personal use.
2. You may use the facilities provided in the OBA to download Bible(s) to your own devices for use without an Internet connection.
3. Except as provided for above, You agree not to reproduce, in part or in whole, the text of the Bible(s), nor combine such to create other works, without the express written permission of the TBS.
4. By using the OBA you agree to the placing of cookies on your device to facilitate the operation of the service and of the occasional sending of limited non-personally identifiable information (superficial location, browser and usage details) to the TBS for analytical purposes.  Analytical data is held in accordance with the TBS Privacy Policy.
5. You agree to do nothing to hack, reverse engineer, disrupt the operation, or appropriate any of the assets of, the OBA and its Bible(s).
6. While the TBS intends to make every reasonable effort to provide and maintain the OBA, the TBS makes no warrants as to the fitness for purpose, continued availability, and freedom from errors or viruses, of the OBA. All use of the OBA is at Your own discretion and risk.
7. This OBA contains material which is owned by or licensed to the TBS. This material includes, but is not limited to, the design, layout, look, appearance and graphics. Reproduction is prohibited other than in accordance with the copyright notice, which forms part of these terms and conditions.
8. Unauthorised use of this OBA may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offence.
